God will take responsibility for raising you, in the mighty name of Jesus.

In the above passage, Zechariah was speaking of how an angel of the Lord came again and “waked him” as a man is wakened out of his sleep. The word ‘waked’ as used in that scripture comes from the Hebrew word ‘oor’, which means ‘to raise up’. So the angel came to Zechariah and raised him up. That angel had come in previous chapters, albeit without a raise; but when he came again, there was a raise. He raised Zechariah higher.
